The Senior Architect will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex architectural projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, regulations, and client requirements. The role involves providing technical expertise, mentoring junior architects, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality design solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities         

•         Develop detailed architectural drawings, models, and design packages using advanced design software.
•          Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and design risk assessments to ensure project viability.
•          Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
•          Ensure design solutions incorporate sustainable practices, cost-efficiency, and innovation.
•          Provide expert solutions to design challenges and act as the technical authority in architecture
•          Lead the architectural design process from concept through execution, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals.
•          Supervise, mentor, and support junior architects, designers, and interns to enhance performance and knowledge transfer.
•          Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful delivery within scope.
•          Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams for smooth integration of architectural solutions.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Good knowledge of Jordanian building regulations and international design standards.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices
• Experience in hospitality, mixed-use developments, residential, or large-scale destination projects is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
