The Architect Engineer is responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating project documentation, reviewing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations. The role supports the successful delivery of architectural projects through effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.

Duties & Responsibilities

·                  Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.

·                  Prepare architectural plans using AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other design software.

·                  Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure disciplines.

·                  Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals submitted by contractors.

·                  Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

·                  Resolve design issues and recommend practical architectural solutions.

·                  Participate in feasibility studies, site analysis, and space planning exercises.

·                  Prepare architectural reports, design documentation, meeting minutes, and technical correspondence.

·                  Maintain project records, drawings, specifications, and revisions in accordance with company procedures.

·                  Coordinate submissions for permits and approvals with regulatory authorities

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Good knowledge of Jordanian building regulations and international design standards.
• Ability to review shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices
