- Supervises and coordinates the tasks and activities of subordinates. - Check and supervise all maintenance activities. - Implement and monitor all procedures related to the operational activities in the plant. - Order necessary parts, tools, equipment, …, etc in a timely manner. - Implement preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s recommendation/ industry accepted best practices for all plant equipment. - Coordinate with contractors/suppliers for plant related problems. - Maintain or replace equipment and perform mechanical and electrical repair work when necessary. - Coordinate with management for the operational and maintenance plans.
