Steward

As steward requires exemplary organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Attention to detail is necessary to clean and maintain equipment and work areas. Steward must have mechanical skills to operate electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors and glass crushers.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Use chemical cleaning agents with caution, with proper use in mind to achieve a better result
• Teamwork in a team spirit, and taking into account the appearance of and personal hygiene
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Always deep cleaning with a well thought out action plan
