Senior Architect

The Senior Architect is responsible for leading design development, managing project coordination, and overseeing construction implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with solid construction management knowledge to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants (structural, MEP,etc) 
• Oversee preparation and review of full architectural drawing packages and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and client requirements.
• Supervise site execution, conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and respond to RFIs.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, budget alignment, and quality control during construction.
• Lead client presentations and provide technical guidance throughout all project phases.
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and design staff.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit preferred); strong 3D visualization skills are an advantage.

• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
