Section Head - Marina Village

The role is responsible for supporting retail leasing, monitoring retail tenant performance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence across the retail outlets at Marina Village. The position plays a vital role in retail space utilisation, guest experience, and activation of the commercial village through events, seasonal campaigns, and retailer support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•          Liaise with retail tenants to ensure alignment with operational standards and brand image.
• Monitor compliance with lease terms, visual merchandising guidelines, and store operations
•          Support the leasing process by assisting in tenant selection, onboarding, and fit-out coordination.
•         Monitor utility usage, maintenance needs, and service quality in collaboration with facilities team.
• Facilitate feedback collection from retailers and customers to support continuous improvemen
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking work environment that reflects Ayla’s organizational culture and values.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data reporting tools.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail coordination, commercial leasing, or mall operations
