Job Description
The Secretary will be accountable to support the professionals team and operations department to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness and to follow-up on the implementation of any objectives and action plans as requested, including the HR Unit & the Administration Unit.
Skills Description
- Follow-up on any all administrative activities related to the job.

Manage, document and organize the transfer of letters, faxes, mail and e-mail and internal memos to/from department.

Coordinate day-to-day activity and assist in Identifying, collecting and compiling all information required to fulfill the tasks requested.

Prepare reports and presentations as required, and perform typing, writing, photocopying, scanning and printing tasks as requested.

Organize the Department files and documents and ensure they are easily retrievable whenever needed.
- Ensure proper and prompt communication of all matters of interest to the relevant parties at AOD
- Use MS office efficiently to prepare spreadsheets, Reports & PP presentations.
