Job Description

The Secretary will be accountable to support the professionals team and operations department to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness and to follow-up on the implementation of any objectives and action plans as requested, including the HR Unit & the Administration Unit.          

Skills Description

  • Follow-up on any all administrative activities related to the job.
  • Manage, document and organize the transfer of letters, faxes, mail and e-mail and internal memos to/from department.

  • Coordinate day-to-day activity and assist in Identifying, collecting and compiling all information required to fulfill the tasks requested.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as required, and perform typing, writing, photocopying, scanning and printing tasks as requested.

  • Organize the Department files and documents and ensure they are easily retrievable whenever needed.

  • Ensure proper and prompt communication of all matters of interest to the relevant parties at AOD
  • Use MS office efficiently to prepare spreadsheets, Reports & PP presentations.
