The Head Bartender is responsible for leading bar operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional beverage service and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising bar tending staff, maintaining high standards of mixology and presentation, managing stock levels, and supporting innovative beverage offerings that enhance the guest experience. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and creativity in crafting cocktails and managing bar events.

Education
