Head Bartender

The Head Bartender is responsible for leading bar operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional beverage service and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising bar tending staff, maintaining high standards of mixology and presentation, managing stock levels, and supporting innovative beverage offerings that enhance the guest experience. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and creativity in crafting cocktails and managing bar events.

The Head Bartender is expected to lead with emotional intelligence, act with integrity, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality beverage presentation.
• Train, mentor, and schedule bartending staff to uphold service standards and maintain efficiency.
• Monitor staff performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to achieve excellence.
• Oversee adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales, costs, and staff scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.

Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or related field preferred.
