The Events Supervisor oversees event operations, supervises staff, coordinates logistics, and ensures compliance with budgets and safety requirements, while delivering outstanding experiences for clients and guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of events from planning through execution.
- Provide leadership and direction to the events team to ensure quality standards.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and evaluate team effectiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Develop event budgets and oversee expenditure control.
- Prepare detailed event schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Oversee risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Address on-site technical or operational challenges swiftly.
- Ensure effective crowd and flow management during events

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial management and budgeting proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of event logistics and technical operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) with excellent written and spoken communication.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role.
Education
Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
