The Communication Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing Ayla’s marketing and communication initiatives across multiple channels. The role supports Ayla’s brand positioning, business objectives, and stakeholder engagement efforts through the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, compelling content, digital communications, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns in line with approved annual and seasonal plans.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across digital, social media, PR, events, partnerships, and on-ground activations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations
- Manage the development of marketing and communication materials, including copywriting, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional assets.
- Ensure consistency of Ayla's brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all communication channels.
- Manage social media monthly content calendar and monitor all content developed by the content creators. Oversee website content updates and social media content calendars.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities with internal teams and external agencies
- Manage marketing support for events, activations, sponsorships, and partnership initiatives. Coordinate branding, collateral, content creation, and promotional efforts related to events
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and media partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to brand standards.
Skills Description
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities.
- Experience working with agencies, media partners, and external suppliers.
- Background in hospitality, tourism, real estate, destination marketing, or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
