The Architect is responsible for supporting the Senior Architect in design development, technical documentation, and project coordination

Duties & Responsibilities:

•       Support the Senior Architect in developing and implementing project action plans to achieve design and project objectives efficiently.
•         Prepare, develop, and coordinate complete sets of architectural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
•         Develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or similar) to support design development and client presentations.
•        Assist in reviewing, coordinating, and amending architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and design intent.
•        Manage and track all design revisions in accordance with internal policies and project archiving systems, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
•         Maintain and update drawing logs to control revisions and preserve accurate project history records.
•       Support the preparation of architectural quantities and documentation required for budget estimation and cost planning. 
•      Prepare high-quality presentations, including drawings, 3D visuals, and design reports, highlighting key design aspects and areas requiring management review.
•       Coordinate with consultants and internal departments to ensure smooth integration of architectural, structural, and MEP elements within the design.
•         Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Architect.

• Strong AutoCAD skills and proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit preferred).

• Good technical knowledge and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
