The Architect is responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing construction documentation, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project delivery to ensure projects meet functional, aesthetic, regulatory, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•         Prepare conceptual, schematic, detailed, and construction drawings.
•          Develop architectural layouts, details, and specifications.
•          Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape disciplines
•         Support project planning and coordination activities.
•          Coordinate assigned design tasks with multidisciplinary teams.
•          Prepare project documentation, design reports, and meeting minutes.
•         Maintain organized project records and drawing registers.
•          Coordinate submissions for approvals and permits.

• Strong AutoCAD skills and proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit preferred).

• Good technical knowledge and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
