The Technical Operations Senior Manager is responsible for leading the operations, maintenance, and engineering functions across technical assets and infrastructure. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operations while maintaining compliance with environmental, technical, and health & safety standards. The position also plays a key role in achieving operational performance objectives, optimizing maintenance strategies, and supporting the organization's long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Technical Operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

• Develop departmental plans, objectives, and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive operational excellence through effective leadership and decision-making.

• Prepare periodic operational and performance reports.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Identify workforce development and training requirements.

• Promote a culture of service excellence and accountability.

• Provide technical advice and operational recommendations to senior management.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business continuity and operational efficiency.

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in technical operations, engineering, facilities management, or maintenance, including leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, utilities, engineering operations, and asset management.

• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
