Senior Supervisor - Accounting and Financial Management

The Senior Supervisor – Financial Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The role ensures financial sustainability by supporting strategic budgeting, cost management, and capital planning processes. It plays a vital role in evaluating business performance, supporting fiscal integrity, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and support audit processes.
• Supervise the financial planning and forecasting process, aligning budgets with business goals.
• Lead the development of cash flow models, capital expenditure plans, and investment appraisals.
• Monitor financial KPIs and provide insight to management for business improvement.
• Ensure financial policies, systems, and controls are implemented and followed
• Analyse financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and variances.
• Maintain accuracy of financial data within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Develop business cases and financial risk assessments for new initiatives.

• Strong financial modelling, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Sound understanding of IFRS, budgeting, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with high attention to detail
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a corporate or project-based environment
