Senior Network Engineer

The Senior Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance across all systems and locations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Support capacity planning and contribute to infrastructure strategy decisions.
• Participate in incident escalation management for critical network issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, diagrams, and asset records.
• Prepare periodic reports on network performance, incidents, and availability.

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity using monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across enterprise environments.
• Implement network security controls including segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Perform network upgrades, patches, and optimization activities.
• Ensure secure and stable connectivity across all sites and systems.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent technologies
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage incidents effectively.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP / CCIE (preferred)
