The Content Creation Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the creation of compelling visual and digital content that brings Ayla’s brand and experiences to life across all marketing channels. The role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality content that aligns with Ayla’s brand standards, supports marketing campaigns, enhances audience engagement, and showcases the destination’s diverse assets. RESPONSABILITIES

•              Own and manage Ayla's central digital content library.
•             Lead the creation and coordination of photography, videography, drone footage, and social media content across all marketing platforms.
•              Develop engaging visual storytelling that showcases Ayla's lifestyle, hospitality, residential, retail, golf, marina, and destination experiences.
•          Coordinating with the design team to ensure visual consistency across all content calendars and manage day-to-day design when possible.
•                Ensure all creative content complies with Ayla's brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards.           
•              Coordinate on-site content production, including photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, and seasonal activations
•                Support the planning and execution of Ayla's content strategy in alignment with brand objectives, marketing priorities, and business goals.
•                Coordinate the development of visual and digital content across Ayla's assets, campaigns, events, and destination experiences.
•               Plan and supervise the annual destination content calendar.
•               Coordinate content requests and manage project timelines with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

•        Excellent writing and editing skills
•          Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization
•          Experience in creating engaging and compelling content across various platforms
•         Ability to lead a team of content creators and provide guidance and feedback
•         Proficiency in content management systems and digital publishing tools
•          Knowledge of content marketing strategies and best practices
•          Understanding of data analytics to track content performance and make data-driven decisions
•          Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams
•          Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
•          Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
•          2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is preferred
